THE PIZZA

 

 

"Our pizza is made using a 240g dough ball that is hand stretched in front of you. We ladle the pizza with our own secret recipe sauce and top with the freshest ingredients available. To finish off we add oregano, basil pesto oil and freshly grated Parmesan. "

 

 

THE DOUGH

Our dough is proved twice for a minimum of 8 hours. We make it fresh for each event, using a strong blend of flour which, when cooked in our unique oven, creates an amazingly crisp crust with a delicious thin base.

 

THE SAUCE

Our sauce is like no other and has developed with us, we add key ingredients to make it stand out from the crowd, it is slow cooked for 6 hours and tastes phenomenal.

THE TOPPINGS

Each of our pizzas are topped only with freshly sourced ingredients. We use only the best dry cured meats, the freshest vegetables and 100% mozzarella.
